The company is committed to evolving areas that may affect customer satisfaction, such as the definition and verification of quality objectives, the research and experimentation of new tools and services, the motivation and empowerment of employees, the control and improvement of work processes, the monitoring of customer satisfaction and constant customer support throughout the process.

In case of non-compliance, corrective actions will be taken to minimize any reported problems.
