In our last Wise Friday we chose to stop and look at teamwork from a different perspective, starting from a key concept: complexity as a value.
We used the metaphor of Chimera to represent CloudFire as system: a set of skills, roles, personality and viewpoints which are neither the same nor superimposable, but which precisely in their diversity generate balance, strength and concrete results.
It is not a question of “standardizing”, but of making different elements work together, accepting even the most uncomfortable or complex parts, because they are often precisely the ones that make the system more solid and resilient.
During the day, divided into working groups, we analyzed the past year:
- what actually worked;
- what has shown limitations;
- which dynamics, although different, have contributed to the growth of the team.
The comparison was oriented not only to the 2025 budget, but above all to the construction of clearer and more shared bases on which to work in 2026, both at an operational and strategic level.
Thanks to the guidance of Francesca, our HR consultant, and her colleague Irene, we have transformed this moment of team building into a structured space for listening, reflection and alignment. An opportunity to address issues that often remain in the background of the daily frenzy, but that have a direct impact on the effectiveness of everyday work.
Like every Wise Friday, this event also had the objective of strengthening the way we work together, improve processes, relationships and the ability to deal with complexity as a true competitive advantage.
