Whistleblowing – Reporting Wrongdoing
Whistleblowing is a mechanism established by current legislation that allows for the reporting of illegal conduct, irregularities, or violations of company rules and procedures, thereby promoting transparency, integrity, and fairness within the organization.
CloudFire, in compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, provides dedicated channels for submitting reports under conditions of security, confidentiality, and protection for the whistleblower.
Written report
Written reports are submitted through a dedicated online platform. This channel allows reports to be submitted confidentially and, where permitted by the adopted system, anonymously. The platform is designed to ensure the protection of transmitted data and the secure management of shared information. To submit a written report, please follow this Whistleblowing Platform User Manual for Reporters.
Verbal Reporting
Reports can also be submitted verbally, via a dedicated voicemail system. The information collected will be treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purposes stipulated by applicable law.
Privacy and Protection
All reports are handled in compliance with the principles of confidentiality, impartiality, and personal data protection, as required by current legislation and Cloudfire's internal procedure.
