Wise Friday — Security and compliance as a company culture

On our last Wise Friday we chose to address this crucial issue for CloudFire — from compliance to cyber security — with an unconventional approach: LEGO Serious Play.

Led by Francesca Fiori and Roberto Amoia, we have built with bricks not only models of technical security, but also metaphors of collaboration, trust and shared responsibility.

The goal was not to create a checklist of rules to follow, but to work on mindset and daily behaviors, because safety, for us, is first and foremost a value that we live within the team and that we want to transmit to our partners and customers.

This laboratory has allowed us to bring out different visions, collect new ideas and identify concrete actions to continue growing together.

Once again, Wise Friday has been confirmed as a precious space for experimenting, comparing and strengthening our corporate culture.
