Even if out of the ordinary calendar, Wise Friday in June has kept its spirit: to stop to look inside, to confront each other and to grow as people and as a team.
We met on Thursday 19 June 2025 to reflect together on a topic that is particularly close to our heart: individual responsibility in the collective context. Not to delimit roles or assign tasks, but to recognize that each of us contributes — in an active and conscious way — to the functioning of a larger system.
We have spent time getting to know more about the work, skills and challenges of our colleagues. An essential step to build more transparent relationships, based on trust and mutual listening.
In the second part of the afternoon we were put to the test with a manual and creative activity, designed to stimulate collaboration in an original way... and to have fun together, even away from desks.
It was also the right time to officially welcome three new team members:

As always, the route was guided by Francesca Fiori, with its ability to create authentic connections and facilitate confrontation with balance and professionalism.
Wise Friday represents exactly the way we experience work at CloudFire: sharing ideas, facing challenges together, learning something new every day. Because growing as a team comes first and foremost from here.
