Business Challenge

CloudTik was born from the need for wisp, msp and system integrators who use the equipment MikroTik. In particular, MikroTik routers are widely used tools, with enterprise-level features and functionality with a relatively low entry threshold. Their versatility and reliability, however, have a limit on practicality: in fact, managing the configuration and the update is often reported as a problem, to which is added a chaotic management panel.

CloudTik is a Software as a Service which allows you to completely remotely manage the configuration and maintenance of a MikroTik device. Management means: self-provisioning, proactive monitoring, the troubleshooting system, wizards and dynamic templates, without forgetting an automatic daily backup with versioning.

CloudTik, being a SaaS, can be added both on premise and especially in Cloud. In fact, this is where CloudFire comes into play.

Basically, such a project may have more challenges, mainly related toinfrastructure, to his resourcing and especially at network management. As far as the first part is concerned, in fact, guaranteeing a solid and at the same time scalable infrastructure to the necessary resources is a must have for almost all cloud applications.

The biggest difficulty of a project like CloudTik is related to network management, which is usually rigid and complex.

Solution

Today CloudTik is in its consolidation season, with clear objectives such as simplifying MikroTik management and the need to automate the entire management and configuration process in order to reduce time, costs and human errors. As it is structured and for the objectives it intends to achieve, it fully embraces the approach and values of CloudFire and that is why the collaboration is bringing the desired results for both realities.

However, it is an understatement to associate evoseed only with CloudTik, in fact it is a nursery where ideas can be sown and mature, and to achieve them it is necessary that they rely on a reliable partner and at CloudFire we are ready to accompany them on this path.
