Between events and new ideas, October has been quite a running month for Team CloudFire! During the past month, the development team made some improvements to the Cortex platform, which is becoming familiar to all users! ☁️🔥

📈 General Improvements

  • Implemented new components (Skeleton) 💀 when loading pages or portions of pages to anticipate their structure

  • Changed the mandatory nature of the fields Tax Code 📜 , PEC 📃 and SDI 📑 depending on the country selected during on-boarding.

Case

‍

Tickets change their name to Case 🚑 and, both open and closed tickets can be found under the same tab.

Available now are indications of support SLAs. In relation to the subscribed plan, (business, premium or Top Support H24) you will find the timer related to:

  • Acceptance time 🕛 of the case;
  • Time for taking charge 🕧 of the activity.

🧱 Project Manager

  • 💹Veeam Cloud Platform: Changed the VM counter within the DR dashboard, from now on you will see both powered on VMs and total VMs;
  • Cloud Native Apps 🎡 3CX App: licenses updated with the latest available products, exclusively on an annual renewal basis.

Standard: License available for up to 4 concurrent channels;

Enterprise: License available for 4 to 96 concurrent channels;

Professional: License available for 4 to 96 concurrent channels.

🪄 Bug Fixes

  • Email 📧 Fixed bug related to the deletion of aliases.
  • Cost Summary 💲 and Talky Time: Fixed a bug that could interrupt the generation of Service Cost Detail and Telephone Traffic Detail files when changing pages if the process was not completed.
