Veeam Cloud Platform

πŸ’£ The new version of Veeam-related service is born: Veeam Cloud Platform!

  • Within Veeam Cloud Platform πŸ“ you can now directly manage various sections: backup resources, disaster recovery, licenses, as well as advanced management (such as bandwidth and wan accelerator);

  • Partners can now choose between two sales models πŸ’°: pay per usage and pay per allocated;
  • πŸ“ˆ With the latest version, you will be able to monitor the progress of replicas directly from the dashboards, with graphs showing resource utilisation and job status;
  • Within the Disaster recovery section, you can now start a Failover Plan πŸ”¦ from Cortex.
  • As of this month, the login credentials for Veeam Cloud Connect and Veeam Availability Console are split. They allow the possibility to reset passwords and credentials directly from Veeam's dashboard;

Acronis Cyber Backup

🧨 New name and new version for Acronis' Smart Cyber Backup, now simply called Acronis Cyber Backup.

  • You can now choose the most advantageous model between two billing modes: per GB and per device. Β This also allows you to switch to the one you prefer directly from the dashboard;
  • Also related to the dashboards: area charts have been released concerning the used storage;
  • Partners have two sales models to choose from πŸ’°: pay per usage and pay per allocated for this service as well;

New Support Section

❓ From the necessity to simplify the request for support and opening of tickets, we released a special function, adapted to the kind of customer: Service Providers and Direct Customers.

  • Talky Time: we have improved the dashboard within the Direct Routing section Β πŸ“Š to make it even more user friendly. We've also updated the KB πŸ“š and its relative guides to make it easier to activate and manage the service.

πŸͺ„ Bug Fixes

‍

  • Talky Time: fixed disabled tab error on the refresh page for Teams user and resource accounts. We've also fixed other content within the providers section. In addition, a bug has been fixed concerning the registration status, which caused a different status to be displayed between the account grid and the account details.
  • Email: fixed duplicate check validation on the email field from the edit pages of Mailbox and distribution list.
