Talky Time has been online for a few days in a new version. The service that some of you were already using has evolved, thanks to important changes that were made to make it even more innovative and functional.

Despite the complexity of the underlying work, we can easily divide Talky Time's structure into two macro areas: SIP Account and Direct Routing Teams Integration. These two macro areas meet the main needs of businesses. Despite being connected to each other, they can also be used separately. Let's see them together:

SIP Account

The first macro area of functionality is called SIP Account.

It aims to quickly provide and create VoIP numbers and lines that can be used with 'on premise VoIP PBXs' or 'VoIP PBX devices'. Everything in implemented in 'cloud mode' and directly from CloudFire's platform.

If you've ever tried to obtain national and international numbers, or port business numbers internationally, you probably know how long this process can take. You're also probably well aware of how much it can vary depending on the country, the phone operator, the area code, etc. Talky Time can help you through this process by walking you through the activation of a SIP account, as well as the creation and the request of PSTN solutions of any national and international district, whether single or dial-through.

SIP Accounts can be used to configure VoIP on premise or VoIP Pbx devices. Activating a VoIP line gets therefore simpler and faster. Moreover, it avoids the many obstacles that can otherwise be encountered.

What's more, you'll have no activation obligation and no annual contract: Talky Time is pay-per-use, a feature that brings together all our services. You can easily get flexibility for your SIP accounts and answer calls from any device or location, without losing quality nor accessibility.

Direct Routing Teams Integration

Now, let's talk about Talky Time Direct Routing. This function allows you to configure your Microsoft Teams® domain connection with one or more SIP providers.

Via Cortex you can simplify the integration of Microsoft Teams' Direct Routing through the simple use an app. Talky Time becomes your single point of access. It combines the power of your business communication with the world's most widely used collaboration suite, without the need for an SBC or physical intervention.

What's the added value then? If you already use a PBX, SIP account or SIP trunk, you don't have to get rid of them: by directly integrating them, you can overcome the limitations imposed by non-enabled devices.
